Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to add the balance. The result is a cup that can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to keep it warm and ready for brewing. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger.
